ElevenLabs releases Eleven v4 voices on every plan

ElevenLabs launched two voice models on 2026-09-28. Eleven v4 aims for the most natural sound. It covers more than 90 languages, several speakers and cues like [whispers] typed into your script, with up to 10,000 characters per go. Eleven v4 Turbo is built for live calls, with about 150 milliseconds before speech starts.

Both are on every plan, including the free one with 10,000 credits a month. Paid plans start at $6 a month. The 17,500 voices in the library work with v4, but voice clones you made earlier need to be retrained.
